Product Warranties Masonite Doors: Subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below, Masonite warrants that the door and Masonite’s factory-installed glass inserts will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the door’s original installation. Masonite grants this warranty only to the original purchaser of the door and the original purchaser of the building where the door was installed. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. The warranty excludes any defects in the coatings on the door and accessories. Also excluded from the warranty are defects resulting from (1) exposure to acid, chemicals or fumes; (2) improper use; (3) improper installation; (4) improper maintenance; (5) water-related damage; or (6) a failure to follow any applicable installation, care or maintenance instructions. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. MOREOVER, IN NO EVENT WILL MASONITE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights vary from state to state and may apply to you. Some states and federal laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In the event these laws apply, then the length of any implied warranty shall be one (1) year or the shortest time in excess of one year permitted under applicable law. Similarly, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages and, if applicable, this limitation will not apply. If a defect occurs, Masonite, at its sole option, will furnish a replacement door, repair the door or refund the original purchase price. MASONITE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. MASONITE WILL NOT PAY THE COSTS OF LABOR, INSTALLATION OR FINISHING FOR ANY REPLACEMENT DOOR. No representative of Masonite or any other person has any authority whatsoever to assume for Masonite any other liability or responsibility in connection with the door warranted herein. If you have a warranty claim, please notify your Masonite Dealer. Include with the notice the following information: A. description of door; B. name and address of owner and installer; C. proof of sale; and D. detailed explanation of defect. Masonite may defer replacing any warped door for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the original installation in order to allow the door time to equalize to humidity and temperature. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policies Returns can be made within 30-days for most items on our website. Call us for a Return Authorization number, and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. Do not return an item without a Return Authorization Number. Stock Slab Doors may be exchanged or refunded. "Unused" means that the doors have not been installed, modified or damaged in anyway. Stock doors require a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all crateing and shipping cost. Pre Hung Door units can not be returned. Special Order Doors may not be returned. Order Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order you have placed with Denver Interior Doors you must contact customer support by email (service@denverinteriordoors.com) or by phone (720-394-0041). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped or production has not started. We will refund the purchase price paid, minus any PayPal Processing fee's and any other expenses incurred by Denver Interior Doors on any custom order. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, your invoice number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped and/or completed the order cannot be canceled. Stock Items can be returned. Custom items can not. Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items originally purchased will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Email Privacy Policy Denver Interior Doors is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Period. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Forms of Payment All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and Bank Transfers through PayPal's secure website as well as Google Checkout. We also accept checks, cashier's check, verified fund transfers. Personal Check may have to be cleared before an order is shipped or delivered.   Hours of Operation We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. mountain time. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until Noon. We are closed on all major holiday's. What happens after I place an order Orders received before 3:00 p.m. mountain time the will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next day. For delivery in the Denver metro area,we will call you the day your order is processed to set up a delivery time. We will give you a 2 hour delivery window based on the delivery load for the day. Pre Hung Doors are a made to order and and require a 7 day lead time before a delivery can be scheduled. When Pre Hung doors are ordered we will call you the day after your order is processed to verify the door swing of each door as well as the hinge finish. We will need this information before the doors go into production Certain non stocked doors require lead times from 2 to 6 weeks. We can give you the lead times when you order. Ground shipments will ship within 3 days of your order being processed on stocked items. Security We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We never collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is always given on PayPal's Secure Website, one of the safest on the internet. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of Paypal's address of the web page. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone at 720-394-0041 or email us.  Local Delivery We offer local  Delivery for all address's in the Denver Metro Area and surrounding areas'. All delivery is to ground level entries and does not include high rise buildings.  References We will be happy to provide names of recent customers we have performed custom work for at your request. Phone Quotes We are happy to provide phone quotes for any of our door products. Phone quotes are not recorded and are subject to change. If you need a written quote we just need your name and phone number so we can enter the information into our system. If you decide to order from us we will get your address at that time. Written quotes are good for 30 days No Payment for 90 Day's We offer Paypal Pay Later as a payment option for any purchase over $50.00. Installation labor can also be financed and can be added to the total order or can be paid for at the end of the job.
